We are seeking a strong and collaborative leader to work alongside our Ministry Team and volunteers in overseeing the running of our large and varied parish, and gently lead us forward.

For the Parishes of Coryton, Lamerton with Sydenham Damerel, Marystowe and Milton Abbot with Dunterton, four parishes and six churches in beautiful West Devon. These are all rural parishes with an active Christian community and supportive ministry team.

Licensed to Wellesbourne, this role offers an exciting opportunity to pioneer a New Worshipping Community in a growing housing development, embracing the existing church in Lighthorne Village, valuing diversity and moving forward together; blending rural charm with urban expansion.
