Archdeacon retires

THE Ven. Andrew Piggott, Archdeacon of Bath, and Prebendary of Wells Cathedral, in Bath & Wells diocese, since 2005, will retire on 30 June. Before his present appointment, he had had posts with the Church Pastoral Aid Society since 1999, and before that in Birmingham, Worcester, and Lichfield dioceses.

 

ADETAYO. The Revd Abigail Adet­ayo, Hon. Assistant Curate (As­­sistant Priest) of St Mary Magda­lene, Peckham (Southwark).

CLOSE. The Revd Jane Close, Hon. Priest-in-Charge of Leam Valley (Coventry).

COE. The Revd Stephen Coe, Vicar of Holy Trinity, Wallington (South­wark): 31 May.

FAIRBAIRN. The Revd Graham Fairbairn, NS Assistant Curate (As­­sociate Priest) of High Ongar with Norton Mandeville (Chelmsford): 30 April.

FORD. The Revd Richard Ford, Hon. Assistant Curate (Assistant Priest) of St John’s, West Wickham, and of St Francis and St Mary of Nazareth, West Wickham (South­wark).

JONES. The Revd Elizabeth Jones, Chaplain of University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, remaining Assistant Curate of Bulkington and Burton Hastings (Coventry).

LEATON. The Revd Martin Leaton, Hon. Assistant Curate (Associate Minister) of Tysoe with Oxhill and Whatcote (Coventry): 17 April.

MIER. The Revd Catherine Mier, Area Dean of Fosse: 1 May, re­­maining Vicar of Wellesbourne and Rector of Walton d’Eiville (Cov­entry).

PETITT. The Revd Michael Petitt, Vicar of St Mary’s, Ilkeston (Derby): 1 May.

PIPER. The Revd Graham Piper, Vicar of St Christopher’s, Hawes Side, and St Nicholas’s, Marton Moss, Black­­pool (Blackburn).

RAMSAY. The Revd James Ramsay, Vicar of St Barnabas’s, Little Ilford (Chelmsford): 31 May.

SILVESTER. The Revd David Sil­vester, Rector of the Arden Marches, and Area Dean of Alcester (Cov­entry).

STUCKES. The Revd Stephen Stuckes, Vicar of Alcombe, Rural Dean of Exmoor, and Prebendary of Exeter Cathedral (Exeter): 30 April.

WATKINS. The Revd Peter Wat­kins, Area Dean of Rugby, remain­ing Canon Emeritus of Coventry Cathedral (Coventry).
