One size does NOT fit all
The Bishop of Leicester is seeking to recruit a full time Associate Vicar/Rector to four of our Resourcing Churches. These key appointments form part of the underlying strategy to enable the Resourcing Churches to embrace their church planting aims, alongside the on-going support and growth of each Resourcing Church. If you enjoy working collaboratively, affirming lay ministries, preparing congregations to plant, are interested in strategic development and are comfortable with leading change we would like to meet you.

A large and diverse in all respects civic, city-centre church which is already seeing new growth under their new incumbent (2017) seeks an Associate Minister to assist this growth.
Covering over 150 square miles of beautiful West Devon countryside, the Northmoor Team on Dartmoor’s northern edge is served by a Rector and two Team Vicars, a supportive group of lay and ordained colleagues, and dedicated church communities.
The Archbishops’ Council has identified the need to increase the number, diversity and age profile of candidates for lay and ordained ministry. This post is a dual role to grow the number of under 32’s entering ministry and to moderate and act as Secretary for Bishops’ Advisory Panels during the most intensive season.
