Archdeacon retires

THE Ven. John Ashe, Archdeacon of Lynn, in Norwich diocese, since 2009, will retire on 2 April 2018, becoming Archdeacon Emeritus. Before his present appointment, he had held posts in Guildford diocese since 1987, after serving his title there before 1982; and from 1982 to 1987 he served in Southern Africa.

 

BENNETT. The Revd Graham Bennett, Vicar of St Stephen’s, Willenhall (Lichfield): 1 April.

CORCORAN. The Revd Michael Corcoran, Assistant Curate of Brunswick: 31 December, remaining Chaplain of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (Manchester).

COSSTICK. The Revd Helen Cosstick, NS Assistant Curate of St Mary’s, Hanwell (London).

EVENS. The Revd Jonathan Evens, Priest for Partnership Development, Priest-in-Charge of St Stephen Walbrook and St Swithun London Stone with St Benet Sherehog and St Mary Bothaw with St Laurence Pountney, London: 28 February, remaining Assistant Curate (Associate Minister) of St Martin-in-the-Fields (London).

JOHNSTONE. The Revd Paul Johnstone, Chaplain of Royal Albert and Alexandria School, Reigate (Southwark).

LEADER. The Revd Stephen Leader, Vicar of Palmers Green (London): 31 January.

MAGINN. The Revd Penny Maginn, Priest-in-Charge of St Luke’s, Morton, Carlisle (Carlisle): 15 December.

MEARS. The Revd Hannah Mears, Vicar of Rugby West (Coventry).

MONAGHAN. The Revd Alice Monaghan, NS Assistant Curate of Malmesbury and Upper Avon (Bristol), remaining Chaplain of Westonbirt School (Gloucester).

NELSON. The Revd Marcus Nelson, Vicar of St Matthew and St Nathanael with St Katharine, Bristol (Bristol): 31 March.

PEBERDY. The Revd Alyson Peberdy, Vicar of St Saviour’s, Brockley Hill, and Adviser for Women’s Ministry of the Woolwich Episcopal Area (Southwark): 31 January.

PRZESLAWSKI. The Revd Maria Przeslawski, NS Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of Wilne and Draycott with Breaston (Derby): 29 December.

ROBERTS. The Revd Jane Roberts, NSM of the Ascension, Pollards Hill, Mitcham (Southwark).

SCRIVEN. The Rt Revd Henry Scriven, Latin America Mission Director of the Church Mission Society: 31 December.

SHERWOOD. The Revd David Sherwood, Team Rector in the Ashburton, Bickington, Buckland in the Moor, Holne, Huccaby, Leusdon, Princetown, Postbridge, and Widecombe-in-the-Moor Team Ministry (Exeter).

WILLIAMSON. The Revd Sheilagh Williamson, Priest-in-Charge of St Hilda and St Columba, Darlington, and of St John’s, Darlington (Durham): 31 January.
