THE next Chair of the Ministry Council, from Easter 2017, is to be the Rt Revd Martin Seeley, Bishop of St Edmundsbury & Ipswich, and Hon. Assistant Bishop of Ely. He succeeds Dr Steven Croft, Bishop of Oxford.
