The Benefice of Brize Norton and Carterton comprises two parishes, located in both a village and town setting, in West Oxfordshire on the eastern edge of the Cotswolds, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.
We are “two parishes, two worship centres, three congregations”, in a town on the Essex/London border: A joint benefice comprising two churches – one small, village church and one medium sized, multi-cultural church, with total Sunday attendances of 150. We are evangelical in tradition and practice, open to the Holy Spirit’s leading.

We’re looking for someone Biblically-literate, creative, with experience in fundraising who understands how people in our churches tick. Someone who’ll work strategically with and through others to take forward the successful progress we’ve made across our 600 parishes.
