Archdeacon to retire

 

THE Ven. John Reed, Archdeacon of Taunton, in Bath & Wells diocese, since 1999, will retire on 30 June. Before his present appointment, he was Team Rector of Ilminster and District, in the same diocese, and had served in the diocese since 1986. Before that, he served in the dioceses of St Albans and Canterbury.

 

BODDY. The Revd David Boddy, Priest-in-Charge of Somerleyton, Ashby, Fritton, Herringfleet, Blundeston and Lound (Norwich): 30 April.

BRETEL. The Revd Keith Bretel, Priest-in-Charge of St John the Evangelist, St Raphaël, France (Europe): 3 April.

BURGESS. The Revd Jane Burgess, Priest-in-Charge of Bathford: 22 January, remaining Assistant Rural Dean of Bath (Bath & Wells).

CHATTERTON. The Revd William Chatterton, NS Interim Chaplain of the Greenwich Foundation, remaining Assistant Curate (Assistant Priest) of All Saints’, Blackheath (Southwark).

COEKIN. The Revd Richard Coekin, NS Assistant Priest of Emmanuel Proprietary Chapel, Wimbledon (Southwark).

CRAGG. The Revd Sandra Cragg, NSM in the Kingston Team Ministry (Southwark).

FARQUHAR. The Revd Iain Farquahar, NSM of St Laurence’s, Catford (Southwark).

HOLLAND. The Revd Gillaine Holland, Chaplain of St Columba’s Retreat and Conference Centre, Woking (Guildford): 13 February.

JONES. The Revd Roger Jones, Team Vicar in Monkton Rectorial Benefice: 30 April, remaining Canon of St Davids Cathedral (St Davids).

LLEWELYN-EVANS. The Revd Catherine Llewelyn-Evans, Priest-in-Charge of East with West Harptree and Hinton Blewett (Bath & Wells): 7 February.

NOAH. The Revd Michael Noah, house-for-duty Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of Frampton On Severn, Arlingham, Saul, Fretherne and Framilode (Gloucester): 21 February.

NORTHOVER. The Revd Kevin Northover, Rector of St Michel du Valle, Guernsey, and Senior Vice-Dean of Guernsey (Canterbury and Winchester): 31 January.

SOUNDY. The Revd Philippa Soundy, Assistant Curate of Hawridge with Cholesbury and St Leonard (Oxford).

SOUTH. The Revd Gerald South, NSM in the Limpsfield and Tatsfield Team Ministry (Southwark).

WHITE. The Revd Susan White, Area Dean of Dover: 19 January, remaining Rector of Bewsborough (Canterbury).
