Archdeacons retire

THE Ven. Paul Hooper, Arch­deacon of Leeds, in that dio­cese (formerly in Ripon & Leeds diocese), since 2012, and Hon. Canon of Ripon Cathedral, in those dioceses, since 2008, will retire on 31 October. Before his present appoint­ments, he had held posts in Ripon, later Ripon & Leeds, diocese since 1981.

The Ven. Susan Watterson, Arch­deacon of Limerick, Ard­fert, and Aghadoe since 2014, and Rector of Tralee with Kilmoyley, Bally­ma­cell­igott, Bally­­se­edy, Listowel and Bally­bunnion since 2013, both in Lim­erick, Ardfert, Aghadoe, Kill­aloe, Kil­fenora, Clonfert, Kil­mac­duagh & Emly diocese, will retire on 30 June. Before her present appoint­ments, she had held posts in that diocese since 2007, and before that in Sodor & Man, Bristol, and Cork, Cloyne & Ross dioceses.

BAKER. The Revd Robert Baker, Team Rector in the Thetford Team Ministry, and Hon. Canon of Norwich Cathedral (Norwich): 30 November.

COONEY. The Revd Stephen Cooney, Priest-in-Charge of St Cath­erine and St James with St Audouen, Dublin (Dublin & Glendalough): 30 June.

CREIGHTON. The Revd Frederick Creighton, Rector of Glendermott, and Canon of Derry Cathedral (Derry & Raphoe).

CROCKER. The Revd Keith Crocker, Vicar of Christ Church, New Catton (Norwich): 31 July.

CRUSE. The Revd Susan Cruse, Team Vicar of St Catherine’s, Gosfield, and St James’s, Greenstead Green, in the Halstead Area Team Ministry (Chelmsford): 30 June.

HOWARD. The Revd Peter Howard, house-for-duty Priest-in-Charge of Heartsease, and Hon. Canon of Norwich Cathedral: 31 June, remaining Diocesan Urban Of­­ficer and Church Urban Fund Link Officer (Norwich).

JARDINE. The Revd Norman Jardine, Rector of Ballynafeigh (Down & Dromore), and Canon of St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast (Down & Dromore and Connor): 4 September.

KALSI. The Revd Gina Kalsi, Priest-in-Charge of Wadsley, remaining Vicar of Malin Bridge (Sheffield).

KITSON. The Revd Kevin Kitson, NS Assistant Curate in the Durham North Team Ministry (Durham).

NEILL. The Revd Robert Neill, Rector of Drumbo, and Canon of Down Cathedral (Down & Dro­more): 28 August.

PARKINSON. The Revd Andrew Parkinson, Priest-in-Charge of Kirkby Stephen with Mallerstang and Crosby Garrett with Soulby (Carlisle).

ROCHE. The Revd Alison Roche, Vicar of St Christopher’s, Leicester (Leicester): 31 August.

STEEL. The Revd Graham Steel, Rector of the South Trinity Broads Benefice (Norwich): 31 October.
