New archdeacon

 

THE Revd Mark Ireland, Vicar of All Saints’, Wellington, with Eyton, in Lichfield diocese, since 2007, has been appointed Archdeacon of Blackburn in that diocese. Before his present appointment, he was Team Vicar in the Walsall Team Ministry and Lichfield Diocesan Missioner.

 

BARTLETT. The Revd Richard Bartlett, Vicar of Holy Trinity, Northwood (London), to be Director for Mission Engagement for Us., remaining Hon. Canon of the Cathedral of the Resurrection, Brasilia (Brasilia, Brazil).

BUTCHER. The Revd Heather Butcher, Rector of Cringleford and Colney, to be Priest-in-Charge of the Upper Nar Group, remaining Bishop’s Adviser for Women’s Ministry, and Hon. Canon of Norwich Cathedral (Norwich).

CASEY. The Revd Christopher Casey, Priest-in-Charge of Mirehouse (Carlisle), to be Priest-in-Charge of Rawtenstall, and of Constable Lee, and Borough Dean of Rossendale (Manchester).

CHRISTIAN. The Revd Daniel Christian, Assistant Curate of Chester-le-Street (Durham), to be Assistant Curate (Associate Vicar) of All Saints’, Ecclesall Bierlow (Sheffield).

COLEMAN. The Revd David Coleman, Assistant Curate in the Horley Team Ministry, to be Assistant Curate of South Nutfield with Outwood (Southwark).

COPPING. The Revd Mary Copping, Assistant Curate of St Matthew’s, Winchester (Winchester), now Assistant Priest.

DANIEL-McKEIGUE. The Revd Dr Christine Daniel-McKeigue, NS Assistant Curate of Carr Mill, now Assistant Curate in the St Helens Town Centre Team Ministry (Liverpool).

FELLOWS. The Revd Ian Fellows, Priest-in-Charge of St Andrew’s, Blackley, to be Team Vicar in the Wythenshawe Team Ministry with responsibility for St Luke’s, Benchill (Manchester).

FENTON. The Revd Dominic Fenton, Lead Chaplain of the North Middlesex Hospital NHS Trust (London), to be Vicar of Broadstairs (Canterbury).

FRANCIS. The Revd Mark Francis, Priest-in-Charge of Felbridge (Southwark), to be Vicar.

GORDON. The Revd Avis Gordon, NS Assistant Curate of Clifton, and Associate Diocesan Director of Ordinands for the Salford archdeaconry, to be also Area Dean of Eccles (Manchester).

GRAYSON. The Revd Jane Grayson, OLM of Moston, now NS Assistant Curate of the Apostles’, Manchester, with Miles Platting (Manchester).

GRIFFITHS. The Revd Roger Griffiths, formerly Rector of Letterston with Llanfair Nant y Gof and Puncheston with Little Newcastle and Castle Bythe, Area Dean of Dewisland and Fishguard, and Hon. Canon of St Davids Cathedral (St Davids), to be NS Assistant Curate (NS Priest) of All Saints’, Wellington, with Eyton (Lichfield).

JONES. The Revd Dr Simon Jones, Fellow and Chaplain of Merton College, Oxford, and Hon. Canon of Christ Church, Oxford (Oxford), to be also Wiccamical Prebendary of Chichester Cathedral (Chichester).

JUKES. The Revd John Jukes, Assistant Curate of Saltash (Truro), to be Team Vicar in the Central Telford Team Ministry (Lichfield).

KNIGHT. The Revd Paul Knight, formerly Chaplain of Highgate School (London), now Assistant Chaplain of Christ the Good Shepherd, Poitou-Charentes, France (Europe).

LOCK. The Revd Beverley Lock, Priest-in-Charge of Shap with Swindale and Bampton with Mardale, and of Orton and Tebay and Ravenstonedale with Newbiggin-on-Lune, to be Team Rector in the Loughrigg Team Ministry (Carlisle).

MIDDLETON. The Revd Jennifer Middleton, formerly NE Regional Director of Urban Saints, to be Assistant Curate (Interim Minister) of Aldridge (Lichfield).

OAKLEY. The Revd Jeremy Oakley, Vicar of St Philip’s, Penn Fields, to be Assistant Curate (Interim Minister) of St James with St Paul, West Bromwich (Lichfield).

OLDFIELD. The Revd Jonathan Oldfield, NS Assistant Curate (Associate Minister) of Crakehall, of Hornby, of Patrick Brompton and Hunton, of Spennithorne with Finghall and Hauxwell, to be House-for-Duty Priest of Slaidburn with Tosside (West Yorkshire & the Dales).

ORAM. The Revd Stephen Oram, Co-ordinating Chaplain of North Bristol NHS Trust, now Team Chaplain of University Hospitals Bristol NHS Trust (Bristol).

PATRICK. The Revd Andrew Patrick, Assistant Curate of St Mark’s, Harrogate, to be Team Vicar in the Bilton and St Luke Team Ministry (West Yorkshire & the Dales).
