A welcome sign has been pinned up in the window of City Road Methodist Church in Birmingham (below) inviting gamers to join the church for worship and tea. The church has been a hotspot for gamers after featuring in the Pokémon Go gaming app in which players attempt to catch virtual Pokémon characters, for points, in different locations. Churchgoers became aware of the craze after asking after a man in his 30s who was sitting morosely on the front steps, gazing at his phone
