COOK. — On 21 September, the Revd Charles Peter Cook: Precentor of Holy Trinity, Hull (1961-64); Vicar of St Paul’s, Elswick (1964-74); St Andrew’s, Cheadle Hulme (1974-98); Hon. Canon of Chester Cathedral (1991-98); aged 83.
