Dean to retire

 

The Very Revd John Clarke, Dean of Wells Cathedral, in Bath & Wells diocese, since 2004, will retire on 31 December. Before his present post, he had been Canon and Prebendary of Lincoln Cathedral since 2000, and Principal of Ripon College, Cuddesdon, since 1997.

 

New archdeacon

 

THE next Archdeacon of Richmond and Craven, in West Yorkshire & the Dales diocese, is to be the Revd Beverley Mason, Vicar of All Saints’, Bingley, since 2014, and Priest-in-Charge there from 2012 to 2014. Before 2012, she had held posts in Rochester and Southwark dioceses.
