Canon of Southwark Cathedral (1991-2005); aged 79.

CLEAVER. - On 12 March, the Revd Gerald Cleaver: NSM of West Bridgford (1986-96); Clifton (1996-2002); aged 94.

CRAVEN. - On 10 March, the Revd Allan Craven: Vicar of Llwynhendy (1965-68); Rector of Nolton with Roch (1968-2000); Rural Dean of Roose (1985-99); Canon of St Davids Cathedral since 1991; 79.

DARBY. - On 4 March, the Revd Anthony Ernest Darby: Priest-in-Charge of Longford (1979-81); Vicar (1981-84); St Mary Magdalen, Coventry (1984-1991); Rural Dean of Coventry South (1988-91); Chaplain of Coventry Cathedral since 1991; Canon Theologian of Coventry Cathedral (2000); aged 88.

EVANS-PUGHE. - On 14 February, the Revd Thomas Goronwy Evans-Pughe: Curate-in-Charge of Mossley Hill (1963-64); Assistant Curate (1964-65); Precentor of Chelmsford Cathedral (1966-69); Rector of Birchanger (1969-94); aged 85.

JOHNSON. - On 11 March, the Revd Robin Edward Hobbs Johnson: Lecturer of Loughborough College (1966-71); Vicar of Castleton Moor (1971-76); St Gabriel's, Prestwich (1976-81); Bishop of Manchester's Chaplain for Ordinations (1976-81); Vicar of Christ Church, Heaton (1981-91); Hon. Canon of Manchester Cathedral (1986-91); Team Rector in the Dorchester Team Ministry (1991-2000); Rural Dean of Dorchester (1999-2000); Chaplain of Torrevieja (2000-03); aged 75.

JUPE. - On 3 March, the Revd Derek Robert Jupe: Rector of Easkey Union (1960-65); Deputation Secretary of Bible Churchmen's Mis-sionary Society Ireland (1965-72); Rector of St Jerome with St Silas, Ardwick (1972-78); Vicar of Ardsley (1978-83); Rector of Tempo and Clabby (1983-92); Canon of Clogher Cathedral (1989-92); aged 88.

PATIENT. - On 28 February, the Revd Terence Ian Patient: OLM of Old Catton (1996-2005); aged 79.
