THE Synod approved a “small but necessary” piece of legislation, the Single Transferable Vote (Amendment) Regulations 2015. Canon Simon Butler (Southwark) said that they made some small adjustments to the Single Transferable Vote Regulations, in relation to the administration of elections, to reflect changes to the rules for the Proctorial and House of Laity elections agreed in July last year.
