ALLAN — On 27 September, the Revd Archibald Blackie Allan: Chaplain of St Paul’s Cathedral, Dundee (1963-68); Priest-in-Charge of St Clement’s, Aberdeen (1968-76); Rector of St John the Evangelist, Aberdeen (1982-2000); Vice-Provost of St Andrew’s Cathedral, Aberdeen (1976-82); Canon (1988-2000); Hon. Canon (2001-15); aged 79.

GWYTHER. — On 23 September, the Revd Ronald Lloyd Gwyther: Priest-in-Charge of St Mark’s, Mundubbera with Eidsvold, Australia (1951-53); Rector of Sarina (1953-56); Assistant Curate of Broadstairs (1956-60); Rector of Pinxton (1960-73); Chaplain to the Forces (Territorial Army) (1971-88); Vicar of St Mary’s, Swanley (1973-89); aged 92.

SANDERS. — On 16 September, the Revd Graham Laughton Sanders: Chaplain of St Paul’s Cathedral, Ranchi, India (1961-63); Bishop Westcott Schools, Namkum (1961-68); Vicar of St Martin’s, Heaton (1968-76); Great Waltham (1976-79); Priest-in-Charge of Ford End (1979); Vicar of Great Waltham with Ford End (1979-87); Secretary of Chelmsford Diocesan Liturgical Committee (1978-87); Team Rector in the Guiseley with Esholt Team Ministry (1987-94); aged 83.

YOUNG. — On 7 October, the Rt Revd Clive Young: Priest-in-Charge of St Paul with St Stephen, Old Ford (1979-1982); Vicar of St Paul with St Stephen and St Mark, Old Ford (1982-92); Area Dean of Tower Hamlets (1988-92); Vicar of St Andrew’s, Holborn (1992-99); Archdeacon of Hackney (1992-99); Bishop of Dunwich (1999-2013); Hon. Assistant Bishop of Hereford (2013-15); aged 67.
