The Bishop of Exeter invites applications from experienced missional ministers, both lay and ordained, to develop and lead a new strategy to increase vocations to ordained and lay ministries, and to support the DDO in guiding candidates through the discernment process for ordained ministry.

Our Ministry Area brings together coastal, urban and semi-rural communities within Bridgend County Borough. We value the breadth of Anglican life – from choral and traditional worship to contemporary and inter-generational services – and we work very deliberately as a team of clergy and laity, sharing responsibility and joy in ministry.
