LANGDON. — On 4 November, the Revd John Bonsall Langdon: Assistant Curate and Minor Canon of Ripon Cathedral (1960-63); Rector of Swillington (1963-75); Curate-in-Charge of Wrangthorn (1975-76); Vicar of All Hallows with St Simon, Leeds (1975-76); All Hallows’, Leeds, with Wrangthorn Leeds (1976-87); Priest-in-Charge of St Mark’s, Woodhouse (1985-87); Vicar of Woodhouse and Wrangthorn (1987-92); Hon. Minor Canon of Ripon Cathedral since 2002; aged 94.

LEIGHTON. — On 22 October, the Revd Suzanne Elizabeth Leighton: Assistant Curate of St Mary’s, Charlton Kings, since 2013; aged 56.

PELHAM. — On 5 November, the Revd John Pelham: NS Assistant Curate of Balerno (1979-91); West Linton with Penicuik (1991-94); Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of Lanark (2003-07); aged 79.

PROSSER. — On 4 November, the Revd Richard Hugh Keble Prosser: Member of the Community of the Resurrection (1962-87); at St Au- gustine’s, Penhalonga, (Southern) Rhodesia/Zimbabwe (1964-81); Rector (1981-83); Principal of St Au- gustine’s Mission and Headmaster of St Augustine’s High School until 1990; Rector of Pocklington and Owsthorpe and Kilnwick Percy with Great Givendale, Huggate and Millington (1990-2000); aged 84.

SHAW. On 11 October, the Revd John Richard Astley Shaw: Assistant Curate of Braunstone (1955-57); Rector of St Botolph’s, Ratcliffe-on-the-Wreake, with Rearsby (1957-65); Sainte Marguerite de la Forêt (Forest Church), Guernsey (1969-90); aged 91.

THORNTON. — On 1 October, the Revd John Thornton: Curate-in-Charge of Great Witcombe with Bentham (1962-63); Rector (1963-91); Chaplain of HM Prison Gloucester (1982-91); aged 89.
