Are you an enthusiastic, mission-minded male priest in the catholic tradition seeking an innovative new role, supporting the whole people of God in the whole mission of God? This could be the post you were made for, supporting three parishes to flourish and grow by building relationships and seeking out the lost.
The Lay Ministry Support Officer will develop training that is accessible, practical and faith-full. Their role will include training and support for locally commissioned lay leaders in both the church and the wider world. They will help to shape a culture within the Diocese which fosters lay ministry and the diversity of people engaged in that ministry.
