THE Rt Revd Dr Brian Castle, Suffragan Bishop
of Tonbridge, and Hon. Canon of Rochester Cathedral, in Rochester
diocese, since 2002, will retire at the end of October. Before his
present appointments, he was Vice-Principal of Ripon College,
