New dean

THE next Dean of Clonmacnoise, in Meath & Kildare diocese, is to bethe Revd Paul Bogle, Rector of the Trim and Athboy Group, in that diocese, since 2013. He will remain Rector. 

New archdeacons

THE next Archdeacon of Clogher, in Cloger diocese, is to bethe Revd Helene Steed, Rector of Clones with Killevan and Currin with Newbliss, since 2008, Rural Dean of Clones since 2009, and Prebendary of St Macartan's Cathedral, Clogher, and St Macartin's Cathedral, Enniskillen since 2011, all in Clogher diocese. She retains those appointments.

The next Archdeacon of Lim­erick, Ardfert, and Aghadoe, inLimerick, Ardfert, Aghadoe, Kil­laloe, Kilfenora, Clonfert, Kilmac­duagh & Emly diocese, is to bethe Revd Susan Watterson, Rector of Tralee with Kilmoyley, Bally­macel­ligott, Ballyseedy, Lis­towel and Ballybunnion, and Dingle with Killiney and Kil­gobbin, in that diocese, since 2013. She will remain Rector. 

Archdeacons retire 

THE Ven. Cecil Pringle,Arch­deacon of Clogher, in Clogher diocese, since 1989, retired on 13 February. He remains Rector of Drumkeeran with Templecarne and Muckross, in that diocese.

The Ven. Robin White, Arch­deacon of Cork, Cloyne & Ross since 1993, Canon of Cork Cathedral since 1989, and Rector of Moviddy Kilbonane, Kilmurry, Templemartin, and Macroom since 2002, all in Cork, Cloyne
& Ross diocese, and Prebendary
of St Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin, since 2009, will retire on 1
March.

The Ven. John Murray, Arch­deacon of Ossory and Leighlin since 1992, and of Cashel, Water­ford and Lismore since 1994,
and Rector of Rathdowney with Castle­fleming, Donaghmore, Rath­­­­­­saran and Aghavoe since 1977, all in Cashel, Waterford, Lismore, Ossory, Ferns & Leigh­lin diocese, retires on 31 March.

The Ven. Christopher Potter, Archdeacon of St Asaph, and Rector of Caerwys and Bodfari, in St Asaph diocese since 2011, will retire on 5 October. Before his present posts, he had been Dean of St Asaph Cathedral, and Team Rector of St Asaph Rectorial benefice, since 2003.
