DID you know that the world's most popular fruit is the tomato? This was one of the answers required at the quiz and competition night held by more than 130 members of staff, volunteers, and friends of Canterbury Cathedral. Questions ranged from identifying CD covers to knowing the mottos of Premier League football clubs, and there were bonus marks for the paper aeroplane that flew the furthest distance, the finest rendition of the title track to a pop album, and the best sketch of the Cathedral.

With all the fun, they raised more than £1500 for a charity in Kent, Holding On, Letting Go. This supports children and young people who have experienced the loss of someone close to them.
