Sharing faith

14 November 2014

"IT'S nice to know people are with us," says the Revd Lisa Battye, of St Paul's, Kensal Moor, Salford, in Manchester diocese. She recently received an email from an Orthodox Jewish man about the yellow "Sing God's Glory" banner that they have had up for some weeks on the wayside pulpit notice board outside St Paul's. "I am not a Christian but an Orthodox Jew," he wrote. "Every morning as I drive to the synagogue I see 'Sing to . . .' and it gives me a bit of a boost getting ready for my own service to G-d! Thank you. I hope it works on your parishioners as well."
