Noted for saying No

08 November 2013

From the Revd Jesse Zink

Sir, - On my reading, your otherwise fine coverage of GAFCON II quoted precisely one woman, and to her allotted one word: an unnamed "Ugandan woman clergy delegate" voted "No" on the final communiqué.

GAFCON II may well mark, as its supporters hope, the beginning of a new Anglican Communion. Let us pray that it is one that listens more fully to the voices of all members of the body of Christ.
