New archdeacon

THE next Archdeacon of Sheffield and Rotherham, in Sheffield diocese, is to be the Revd Malcolm Chamberlain, Rector of St Mary's, Wavertree, in Liverpool diocese, since 2011, and Area Dean of Toxteth and Hon. Canon of Liverpool Cathedral since 2012. Before his present appointments, he had held posts in Liverpool diocese since 1999.

 

ASBRIDGE. The Revd Nigel Asbridge, Priest-in-Charge of St Mary with St John, Edmonton (London), to be Vicar.

BOYLE. The Revd Robert Boyle, Assistant Curate of Paignton (Exeter), to be Priest-in-Charge of St Matthew the Apostle, Douglas (Sodor & Man).

BRADDICK-SOUTHGATE. The Revd Anthony Braddick-Southgate, formerly Vicar of Nunhead, now Hon. Assistant Curate of St Hilda with St Cyprian, Crofton Park (Southwark).

BURROW. The Revd Margaret Burrow, NS Assistant Curate (Assistant Priest) of West Coast, and Hon. Minor Canon of St German's Cathedral, Peel, to be Bishop's Chaplain, remaining Director of Studies of Initial Ministerial Education (Sodor & Man).

CAMPBELL. The Revd Ian Campbell, NSM of King's Wood, and Assistant Area Dean of East and of West Bridge, to be Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of Smeeth with Monks Horton and Stowting and Brabourne, and of Mersham with Hinxhill and Sellinge (Canterbury).

CAPPLEMAN. The Revd Dr Graham Cappleman, NSM of St Mark's, Bedford (St Albans), to be Executive Chair of Lee Abbey (Exeter).

CREGAN. The Revd Mark Cregan, formerly Priest-in-Charge of St John the Evangelist, Casablanca, Morocco (Europe), to be Rector of Clutton with Cameley, Bishop Sutton and Stowey (Bath & Wells).

DIMERY. The Revd Richard Dimery, Assistant Area Dean of Headingley, to be Acting Area Dean, remaining Priest-in-Charge of Woodside, and Assistant Diocesan Director of Ordinands (Ripon & Leeds).

DOWSETT. The Revd Dr Andrew Dowsett, Assistant Curate of St James and of St Peter, Birkdale (Liverpool), to be Minster Priest of Sunderland Minster (Durham).

DUNDAS. The Revd Gary Dundas, NSM (Associate Priest) of Stanton-by-Dale with Dale Abbey and Risley, to be Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of Wilne and Draycott with Breaston (Derby).

FARROW. The Revd Keith Farrow, Vicar of Hillsborough and Wadsley Bridge, and Director of Initial Ministerial Education, to be Canon Missioner of Sheffield Cathedral (Sheffield).

GRACE. The Revd Captain David Grace CA, Chaplain of Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust (Winchester), to be Chaplain of Weston Area NHS Trust (Bath & Wells).

GRIFFITHS. The Revd Elizabeth Griffith, formerly Vicar of the City Parish, Cardiff, and Diocesan Director of Ordinands (Llandaff), to be Team Vicar of St Peter's, South Ham, in the Basingstoke Team Ministry (Winchester).
