Uprooted: Tearfund has launched an appeal to help the 2.7
million displaced people in the Democratic Republic of Congo, after
conflict erupted again in the area, forcing families to flee their
homes. Tambwe and his wife, Elisha (pictured), had to
leave their village, Kalundu, in the eastern DRC, after an armed
group attacked. Two of their children died, as the family had no
money for basic medication. Tambwe has since been trained by
Tearfund in fish-farming
