Winner: What Light through Yonder Window, by Bev Williams, won a first prize, at Worcester Cathedral's first photographic competition

Damaged: the remains of one of the stained glass windows at St Andrew's, Stokesby, in Norfolk, which were smashed by vandals on Monday night, causing thousands of pounds' worth of damage. The Archdeacon of Norwich, the Ven. Jan McFarlane, said that the vandals, if caught, should be asked to help repair the church
