We are seeking God’s person for this lively benefice in Dorset. A Rector who, starting in prayer and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, will value and enable the ministry of every member of our congregations.
We are looking for a Rector for these attractive villages (combined population 4,362; ER: 174; USA: 65) in the south-east corner of East Sussex, near to the historic town of Rye. The benefice comprises three parishes and four churches, with the Rector based in Brede and an Associate Vicar in Beckley and Peasmarsh.
A lively, single-parish benefice in the charismatic tradition on the outskirts of Ipswich, the County Town of Suffolk, in a community with a wide social mix and cultural diversity.
The priest we believe God might be calling here is a creative, enthusiastic leader who will encourage and help us to build on our strengths. A priest who will develop our relationship with God, so that together we can serve Him more effectively in the many
missional opportunities that exist in our Parish.
