Lower Right, residents of Bull Bay, in Jamaica, dig out flattened homes on Monday. Christian Aid said on Wednesday that it was stepping up its relief effort in Jamaica, and also in Haiti, where crops have been destroyed. A spokesman said that World Vision in Mexico was preparing for “extensive damage and widespread displacement”
