The Diocese of Chelmsford seeks two new Archdeacons for Colchester (North Essex), and Barking (East London). We need self-motivated team players who will inspire and lead the church in mission and who will embrace the complex detail of the Archdeacon’s portfolio.
20 hours per week – 2 year fixed term appointment - £13,000 pa to build on the present successful work with children and families in the parish and to increase outreach within the community.
Applications are invited from graduates who are ordained priests of the Church of England (or of a Church in full communion with it) for the post of Chaplain, ideally from a date not later than 22 April 2019.
