Church Times Accessibility Statement

Church Times is committed to ensuring that our products are accessible for all our customers. We are currently working to improve our accessibility. This will be a priority when we move to a new platform in 2026, ensuring that both our website and printed product comply with EAA requirements.

Website

We are planning to update the Hymns Ancient & Modern websites, including the Church Times, over the next two years and will take into account accessibility requirements throughout that process. In the meantime, we try to use high contrast, large font text, and intuitive navigation. If you are struggling to access our websites for any reason, please send feedback to accessibility@hymnsam.co.uk.

App

In February 2025, our new app developers updated the Church Times app, including a focus on improving user experience and accessibility. User feedback is extremely important to us, and we will continue to review the app and make improvements.

Church Times / Periodicals

This accessibility statement covers all imprints and publications in the Hymns Ancient and Modern Group, including the Church Times. However, it does not cover third-party titles distributed by Norwich Books and Music.

We are always trying to improve the overall accessibility of our products. In the meantime, should you experience any difficulty in accessing the Church Times, a periodical, or a book, please email us at accessibility@hymnsam.co.uk. We endeavour to respond within five business days, or fewer.

This accessibility statement was last updated on 2 December 2025.
