They should be a complete break, not combined with work

Can you have too much sleep? I am sure that there are medical researchers some­where who will tell you that the answer is yes. But there’s fat chance in the real world. I’ve been giving this serious thought because I am just back from ten days holiday in Italy, and I am in that rare state of being all slept up.
