The Blake Society needs to raise £400,000 to turn William Blake's former home into a visitors' centre. It has already raised £93,000 towards buying the Sussex cottage where he wrote the words of "Jerusalem". The plan is to create "a home for artists, authors, and thinkers". An exhibition, "William Blake: Apprentice and Master", runs until 15 March at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.
