 Details from Damien Hirst's new works The Four Evangelists, on display in London until 26 March. They are (clockwise from top left) Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. They were commissioned by the Italian art-collector Carlo Bilotti, who plans to house them in a gallery to be created in a deconsecrated chapel in Rome. Media applied to the 8 x 6ft canvases include butterflies, pages from the Bible, and pens.
