Premier Radio launch 'prayer beads' app
04/03/2010 17:10:00
| I really didn't see this coming. Premier Radio have launched their first iPhone app, the Premier Prayer Beads.
The description of the app on the iTunes store says: "This App is intended for anyone who meditates or prays. Simply select BEADS from the Main Menu and you will be presented with a beautiful wooden set of beads that you can individually rotate or move around the string as you wish. Use them to count off prayers, to count devotions or even just to play with to relax. Having this app means you will never be without a set of Prayer Beads again." There are ten plain beads plus one branded with the Premier logo. I'll leave you to explain the symbolism. The app costs £1.79. I know, I should be more open minded. It's just that if I were to have listed my predicions for 'First app by Premier Radio' in order of likelihood I'd have spend a good half-morning (with occasional breaks) on the list before I go to this one. | ![]() |
