Cartoon: The secularists

29/01/2010 08:40:00

I don't often post my Church Times cartoon so soon after it has appeared in the paper, but I've had a greater-then-average number of messages about it this week, so as a one-off, here it is.

A cartoon a bit like this appears every week in the Church Times - subscribe here!

Love your work!

Brilliant. I was reflecting the other day that, for a guy who claims to want nothing to do with religion, Richard Dawkins spends an enormous amount of time thinking and talking about it. I'd venture that he says "God" or "Jesus" as many times a day as the Pope, the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Patriarch of Constantinople put together.

Aaron - your logic is flawed. I suspect that people who work for the NSPCC talk about child abuse more than most abusers. As human beings, we do tend to talk about things which we feel are "not right" and we have to keep ourselves fully informed on a topic in order to campaign effectively against it.
