Bishop in late bid to ban Ealing's Kind Hearts
A LETTER unearthed in the British Film Institute (BFI) archivesshows that a cleric tried to have the 1949 film Kind Hearts andCoronets banned.
In the film - an Ealing black comedy - Dennis Price (pictured,far left, with Alec Guinness) plays a character, LouisMazzini, who pretends to be the Bishop of Matabeleland.
