Hoteliers to appeal against ruling

PETER and Hazelmary Bull, the Christian hotel-owners from Cornwall, are to appeal against a judge’s ruling last week that they acted unlawfully by denying a gay couple a double room (News, 21 January). The Christian Institute said in a statement that it had agreed to fund the appeal.
