Williams ‘ignored Palestinian plight’

THE Archbishop of Canterbury has been accused by Christian Palestinian groups of making “inaccurate and erroneous remarks” about the plight of Christians in the Holy Land.
The co-ordinator of Kairos Palestine, Rifat Kassis, and the director of Sabeel Ecumenical Liberation Theology Center in Jerusalem, Canon Naim Ateek, wrote separate letters to Dr Williams asking why, in an interview on the BBC’s World at One
