Oyez! Oyez! New bishops announced

A TOWN CRIER in the marketplace heralded the appointment on Tuesday morning of the new Bishop of Ludlow, the Ven. Alistair Magowan. He will be consecrated by the Archbishop of Canterbury on 29 September.
