Bright seraphs

One of the images of hands by Jake Lever in his angel-themed show "Watchers and Holy Ones" at Greenbelt. The Revd Chris Thorpe, Team Rector of Bilston, has written accompanying prayers: for the above, an invocation of St Michael, and a prayer to God to "recruit us to the cause of freedom". It moves to All Saints', Kings Heath (17 September-9 October); St Leonard's, Bilston (11-21 October); and the University of Gloucestershire (5-16 December); to Lichfield and Hereford (2006), and Worcester (2007).
