The singer and model Sophie Ellis-Bextor is the face of the Children’s Society’s campaign to collect “Hundreds and Thousands of Childhood Memories” for its Good Childhood Inquiry (Comment, 19 October). The intention is to gather memories in order to build a picture of what makes a good childhood.
