UNTIL he was deprived of his see at one minute past midnight on 20 September 2008, the Rt Revd Robert Duncan was Bishop of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Much to Bishop Duncan’s chagrin, Dr Rowan Williams is still Archbishop of Canterbury.
