Back TAP for true pastors
![]() |
| HAVE you given to TAP yet? Has your congregation? If you have not sent a donation to the Church Times Train-A-Priest (TAP) Fund appeal this Lent, please use the form printed on page 2 on 8 February, or the leaflet in last week’s issue. Because every penny is used for grants to those in training for the priesthood, and nothing is taken up in administration, TAP is an ideal cause to choose for a Lent lunch or a special collection. Now more often kept in May, St Matthias’s Day traditionally fell on 24 February: why not make a gift to TAP, so that the Church may be “ordered and guided by faithful and true pastors”? Please order leaflets for your congregation and others who might be interested: phone 020 7776 1060 or email letters@churchtimes. co.uk. Address for donations: TAP Fund, G. J. Palmer & Sons, 16 Blyburgate, Beccles, Suffolk NR34 9TB. |
