Archdeacon to retire
The Ven. Clifford Offer, Archdeacon of Norwich, and Canon Residentiary and Librarian of Norwich Cathedral, since 1994, and Warden of Readers in Norwich diocese, will retire in the summer. Before his present appointment, he was Team Vicar in the Southampton City Centre Team Ministry, in Winchester diocese, from 1974 to 1983, and Team Rector in the Hitchin Team Ministry, in St Albans diocese, from 1983 to 1994.
