Childhood happiness to be rated

A NEW way of measuring children’s well-being has been devised by the Children’s Society.
The report of its inquiry, Good Childhood, published last year, said that an increasing number of young people were anxious and troubled. They were finding life difficult as a result of income inequality, competition in school, unprincipled advertising, and family break-up.
