SOUTHWELL & NOTTINGHAM: A close shave

HE WENT on an Air Training Corps course, forgot to take his electric shaver, and came back covered in bristles. He did not want a beard, the Revd Karl Przywala told me, but he thought he would try a moustache. Unfortunately, the female members of his congregations among the Cranmer Group of rural parishes, in Southwell & Nottingham diocese, did not like it.
