AS THE country basked in the sunshine, the Church Times Cricket Cup hotted up.
Defending champions Salisbury were comprehensively beaten by Bath & Wells at Sherborne School on Monday.
Salisbury batted first and reached 166 for 8. Strain was the top scorer with 66, while Keen was the pick of the Bath & Wells bowlers, taking 4 wickets for 23. In reply, Bath & Wells cantered to 167 for the loss of just one wicket. ...
