They should be a complete break, not combined with work
Can you have too much sleep? I am sure that there are medical researchers somewhere who will tell you that the answer is yes. But there’s fat chance in the real world. I’ve been giving this serious thought because I am just back from ten days holiday in Italy, and I am in that rare state of being all slept up.
