PORTSMOUTH: In memory of Isla

IN THE church of St Thomas the Apostle, in Elson, Portsmouth diocese, the new font stands in the middle of the main aisle as a constant reminder of the importance of baptism, the Vicar, the Revd Simon Rundell, says. It is part of the piece-by-piece refurbishment of this small 1840s church which has been going on for some years.
